I would 1,000% recommend Exchange Events to any couple planning their wedding! Hannah was an absolute superstar and critical to the success of my wedding. It's rare you hear any bride say nothing went wrong, but seriously nothing went wrong. It was the most perfect evening and I even had guests saying the food was the best they've ever had at a wedding!

We used Exchange Events for the rehearsal dinner in the Old Metropolitan Hall and for our wedding at Castle Hill Cider, with tremendous help from our coordinator, Hannah Dubit, who is absolutely amazing! From the first food tasking... which all the food is amazing, you could tell how passionate Hannah and the Exchange Events team is about weddings which made the chaotic process much easier for me to plan. You could tell from the first visit they were very well seasoned and gave really valuable input which I needed because I stink at planning parties... nonetheless a wedding.

Jaclyn & the team were so wonderful to work with. Not only were they incredibly organized and responsive before, during, and after our wedding weekend (selecting a menu, coordinating vendors, etc.), but they were also so calm and level-headed during what could've felt like a crazy busy day. They helped us feel prepared, but were also ready to adapt day-of when needed. I am so grateful for their role in helping our wedding day feel so special and would trust them with an event of any size! Plus, the food was amazing...

When the wedding came, Hannah made sure everything was extremely calm, on schedule and it was truly smooth sailing. The wedding was amazing and the food was delicious. We heard several times that it was the best wedding food our guests had ever had. We never wondered whether our guests were having fun, or knew what to do. From making sure every vendor was on the same page to bringing us drinks and food throughout the night, Hannah took care of EVERYTHING. She was truly one of the most important parts of our wedding.

We used Exchange Events & Catering for our Rehearsal dinner and Wedding at Mount Ida. The food and the service both nights was fantastic! Everyone raved about how delicious everything was! We did steak and rockfish for rehearsal and BBQ for the wedding. Jaclyn was our wedding planner and she did a fantastic job! I could not have planned my wedding without her she went above and beyond! I highly recommend Exchange Events & Catering!

I cannot put into words how incredible our experience with the Barbeque Exchange Events & Catering was! We had them cater our wedding in June at King Family Vineyards and the food was TO DIE FOR! The number one compliment we had from guests was about the food. There is no better wedding planning advice I can give someone than to hire the Barbeque Exchange Events & Catering staff along with Jaclyn as a day of coordinator for your big day! We also rented a space for our rehearsal dinner and had them cater it with a totally opposite menu. My husband’s family comes from Calabria, Italy and when I told Jaclyn, her face lit up and her brain started generating an authentic Italian menu that impressed his 100% Italian grandmother so much she ASKED FOR THE RECIPES! So incredible. Her knowledge of food and passion for her work is so inspiring! 100% recommend!!!

We used Exchange Catering for our wedding day in June at the Market at Grelen. They were SO amazing to work with! The whole process before and during the wedding day was very smooth, professional, and efficient. Jaclyn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our tasting and creation of our final menu. It is evident that her and her team are very passionate about their work. All of our guests LOVED our food! Everyone we see after the wedding keeps mentioning how amazing it was. We had a bbq station along with balsamic chicken with delicious sides. We also had a preceremony refreshment station that was such a wonderful touch! My husband and I highly recommend Exchange Events! We are so happy and grateful that we had them as our caterer for our wedding day!

Hiring Jaclyn and the Exchange Events catering team was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. The food at our wedding was to die for -- MANY people told us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. It was totally unique but still elevated -- lobster rolls, ahi tuna tacos, broiled salmon, melt-in-your-mouth short ribs, and the creamiest mashed potatoes ever. Working with Jaclyn as our wedding coordinator set every stress or worry at ease. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and honest -- there were no questions we weren't comfortable asking. We were able to focus on enjoying the day and celebrating with our loved ones. Can't recommend Jaclyn + the team enough!
